Stephen Bloch

Stephen Bloch

Steve is a General Partner at Canaan Partners, focused on healthcare investments. In addition to Truveris, he currently serves on the boards of DICOM Grid, Envisia, Liquidia, LQ3, Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Mitraspan, and Sample6. Prior to Canaan, Steve founded multiple start-ups in the medical technology space. Steve obtained his A.B. from Dartmouth College, M.A. in the History of Science and Public Policy from Harvard University, and M.D. from the University of Rochester.

Brian Hirsch

Brian Hirsch

Brian is a co-founder of Tribeca Venture Partners. Prior to TVP, Brian founded the venture arm of Greenhill & Co (NYSE: GHL), was a Principal at Sterling Partners and a Vice President at ABN AMRO Private Equity. Brian has invested across a broad number of sectors during his career including fintech, edtech, healthcare IT, marketing and media. Brian has a BA in economics and American studies from Brandeis University.

Vijay Lathi

Vijay Lathi

Vijay Lathi is a Managing Director focused on information convergence and diagnostics investments. Vijay joined Sprout in 1998, was promoted to Partner in 2003, and was one of the founders of New Leaf in 2005.  Prior to focusing on information convergence, Vijay’s investment activity covered a range of healthcare technologies including HCIT, diagnostics and therapeutic platforms, and was the founding investor in both Ilypsa (sold to Amgen) and Relypsa (RLYP).  Prior to joining Sprout, Vijay was an analyst in the Healthcare Venture Capital Group at Robertson Stephens & Co. and analyst at Cornerstone Research, a consulting firm focused on financial and economic analysis for business litigation. Vijay graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University where he received his B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering, with an emphasis on the application of engineering to life science technology.

AJ Loiacono

AJ Loiacono

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and healthcare, AJ has led Truveris in product development, strategic planning and enterprise partnerships. He previously cofounded SMS and was the President and cofounder of Victrix, which provides supply chain and consulting solutions for pharma manufacturers. He also served as a Partner with Artemis Venture Capital.

Faisal Mushtaq

Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Faisal’s focus as CEO is to ensure that the company delivers on its passion – helping employers, payers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and consumers improve drug pricing transparency across the prescription drug ecosystem. Prior to Truveris, Faisal held leadership positions at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Payer and Life Sciences Business Unit. Before Allscripts, he was Chief Product and Development Officer at Neoforma, Chief Product Officer at Biz360 and Chief Operating Officer at CresSoft. Faisal completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School and earned a BS in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Matt Simas

Matt Simas

Matt has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with executive leadership, board and private equity director and advisor roles across the healthcare technology and services continuum including MedInitiatives (founder, chair & CEO), IMS Health, MedImpact Healthcare Systems, SilverStream Capital, HealthyCircles, Aldera, BusinessOne Technologies and TPG. He currently sits on the boards of Alliance Health and Truveris. Matt completed the executive education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and received a BA in organizational communication from California State University Sacramento.

Investors
